Feeling clean

I think I must be the only one who finds it relaxing when I go to my routine Brazilian bikini wax appointments.

I just finished a five page *quiz* for my investments management class. I feel like I am royally screwed now, real estate wise. I should have gotten a 30 year fixed loan (or at least 5 year ARM) at 5%. F(#*$)(#$)(#* ME! Damn you, Fed!

Yah... but I have a really good rate 4.875, which is up by next year. I dunno if I want to refi to 6.3% or just wait out it.
