Thanks Amy :D The penguins are the best. The pattern was very suitable to turn into a wall. I have another pengiun one but the pattern on that needs tweaking.
Yay Jo! I like the Pastel Baby one...I might be able to use that for a 50's era nursery...would you mind if I dulled the colors a little? If no, that's fine. I'll use it as is.
:D That's fine Heidi. Unlike me you do know what you are doing lol! This is just my attempt at learning, so feel free to make improvements. I plucked the palest yellow from the pattern for the bottom and if I knew how, I would have made the whole thing paler.
Well, I'm still learning Photoshop, but I think that if I reduce the saturation a little, it will be a little less vibrant. I'll let you see the results when I get a chance to fire up Homecrafter.
Heh, I've found LJ has a mind of its own. I haven't figured out how to use the layers, saturation or any of those things in the drop down menus of Gimp. I wish I had Photoshop. I'd love to see the results.
Hey Ning. :D Yeah that was where the paterrn cut it off. The whale one I touched up with the brush. The penguins worked the best with the Gimp pattern brush.

The horsie from Bright Girl seems a little cut off though. :)
