Msn Messenger. Possibly the most famous thing out there that's just as genius and it is fucked up. Misunderstandings and mis-communication run awry with every conversation I get into. i agree... msn is just plain text... the only real way to know the tone in what someone is saying.... you gotta know them well and then you have to figure out the patterns they have for each mood... hmmm... i know a few who say whatever a lot when they are annoyed... so thats like a key thing to look for... meh...

and yes... those <3 things bother me too...
