I worked almost 40 hours this week and it's been some intense work, so I'm like mentally exhausted. I don't think the gloomy, cloudy weather is helping with that either. I had to drive to downtown norfolk and back tonight just to turn in my take-home final exam. Pretty much all of downtown norfolk was either underwater or closed, so it was amazing that my car wasn't damaged from all of the water. well tonight was an awesome one. I went to the JMU fall sports kickoff for the tidewater region at Chick's Oyster Bar on the lynnhaven river. well, we (my parents and I) have been taking phantom for a walk or two everyday for about the last 3 weeks or so. he's enjoying it thoroughly of course and we get the extra exercise too, which is good. work is slowing down a bit after the exercise, but still as interesting as always. I actually get to help write up the after action report that is required and reorganize everything so that it's put back for next time. well I broke up with Brandon because it just wasn't working. He turned out to be really needy and kind of suffocating and I just couldn't take it.
