Hi Mr.Swallow,

I've been eagerly awaiting Mankind Divided, but first and foremost, have been anticipating Black Light. I loved Icarus Effect (it's so well written and fits into the mythos so well that I've read it a few times!), but I only found out about it some time after I had played and beaten Human Revolution; I wish I would have found out about it sooner. That said, would releasing Black Light two weeks to a month ahead of the game not be to greater effect, giving readers/players a chance to fill that story gap before playing the game? Would Titan and Eidos be willing to put the book out early?
I'll be getting both the book and the game day one, but if they are released on the same day, all I can say is that the game won't be getting any play time until I'm done reading.
At any rate, thanks for all the work you've done on the series so far; the stories you've written and the world you've helped shape feel palpable.

Hey Shane, glad you liked Icarus Effect.
Sadly, I'm only the writer so I don't get any say in when the book is released, that's all down the marketing & publicity people at EM & Titan - but we're a few months out, so things might change. If you'd like to see the book earlier, tell Titan!
