We got back last night from spending a fantastic 8 days in the Isle of Man. Yes, I must re-read The School on North Barrule now that I can follow along with the locations. Do you have my copy at the moment? By coincidence I re-read Swallowdale while I was there, and they get the same scenery in reverse, of course - there's that lovely scene where they climb the Old Man of Coniston (aka Kanchenjunga) and see the Isle of Man in the distance.
