hmmm,,, lets see,,, nothin new really.. Heres my routine that has been the same pretty much ever since i got clean,,,, wake up at 11:15 every morning, smoke a cigarette, check my email and the numerous web pages im on, then head out to my homegroup,,, get there by five til noon,, smoke another cigarette before the meeting,, meeting til 1pm, then

it's funny cause i was thinking about this exact subject this morning. i came to the conclusion that my life is simple and that's okay. routine? maybe, but i cannot compare it to the routines of getting high. nothing simple about that, ya know? i don't have to have a life full of excitement anymore. simplicity is a very spiritual way of life! have you ever read the tao teh ching? i suggest it to anyone in recovery. actually, start with the tao of pooh. good stuff!
