\o/ Signed the contract of sale for my house on Thursday.

\o/ Found a new place today - it is absolutely not what I thought I wanted but I loved it at first sight.

+ Tickets to see the flamenco ballet of Andalucia tomorrow.

:( No Frank Turner at SXSW for me.

+ But I will see Green Day in Brooklyn and hang out with my colleague who just moved there

I dropped off the deposit and signed contract yesterday, so now I'm waiting to hear from the association. Excited but also a little daunted by logistics.

Congratulations! That is so wonderful!

The place I live in is a house that was the opposite of what I thought I wanted. I've never regretted choosing it, and I'm very glad I was open to something different.

This place came and went on my list based on location (5 minute walk to a train station) but was kind of "throw the dog a bone" in the sense that I didn't think it was what I really wanted. But I was wowwed when I walked through the door. Now to figure out the practical things...
