"as a reader and consumer, I don’t appreciate being the testing or practice run for an author; if I’m paying full price for a book, I expect it to be polished and produced appropriately by the publisher, with the best efforts of both the author and the publisher."

I suppose I should just give up on DSP, like I have with Torquere, Changeling, and MLR, which would leave me with very few epublishers that I'll take a chance on. More time and money to spend elsewhere, I guess.
