It's unfortunate, but no. I believe this La Farfa magazine is not as popular as Vivi or Popteen, that's why they don't upload it. Maybe someone does scan it- try pop136.com (I'm not sure if the address is correct, but it's something like that. And it's also Chinese, so yeah, it will be hard)
