Before Janet and I moved to Singapore in March 2007, I sold or gave away almost a thousand of my books to lighten the load and set free the ones I didn't think I would read again. Actually, Andrew above, to whom I sold the book originally, is mailing it to me. And yeah, I could have found another copy, but it wouldn't be the same one I used in Kessel's SF survey course and took around to get signed by a bunch of the contributors.
