2008 books read

Only got to 83 books this year, but considering the heavy teaching load I had in 2008, it's actually kind of remarkable that I read so many. Looking at my schedule for 2009 (where I'm now teaching 4 classes), I doubt I'll reach so high

Only 83? ONLY 83? I *wish* I could read that many books in a year!

Well, I did 90 last year, and 125 the year before, so I'm definitely on a downward trend.

But yeah, I usually read between 30-60 minutes every night before bed, and have done since I was about 12 years old. That's in addition to any reading I manage to do during the day.

Me too, as well as over lunch and whenever I'm on the subway. And yet I still only manage an average of 30 books a year.

Well, to be fair, many of those books were short, or graphic novels, so I got through them fairly quickly.
