I know. And I can't believe Trent released it without any fanfare; if I hadn't been subscribed to the Dresden Dolls newsletter, I wouldn't have even known about it.

Downloading this now as well. I haven't been much of a fan in several years, but I really endorse and support the business model. Also, it's instrumental, and though I've not been much of a fan, I do dig the instrumental work he's done.

At one point, I put together a playlist of instrumental NIN tracks, and it's all pretty coherent.

There was an article in the Jan 2008 WIRED (16.01) that I just finished reading, about the Alternative Reality Game around the NIN _Year Zero_ album. The album sounded very cool. Have you heard it?

Geez, yeff. Go buy it immediately. It will rock your socks.

And the Ghosts stuff is very excellent as well. Mmmmm, tasty.

I was really intrigued by the politics of _Year Zero_. Sounds like some nice world-building...

There's a whole slew of websites connected to it. I might have the forum URL floating around where a lot of the kids hung out as they sorted through the material. It was (and still is) quite impressive.
