I may be innocent but getting to police department to admit that fact is rather difficult. I actually managed to find a place to park right behind the court house downtown seattle...i just wish i knew i was so talented. so as i was wondering around downtown seattle looking for the front of the building i parked behind some bum asked me for 75 cents

because i hadnt proved i wasnt. its just a requirement for the visa i guess.

I guess the "innocent until proven guilty" thing isn't the case there? But at least it's all good now.
