Kinda hot, the V-Phone from Vonage. Dunno what the rates are, but ...man, that's pretty awesome given the amount of people I know everywhere these days. I mean, how cool would it be to call lorelai just like I could ET?

It's great to be able play it on a portable system. I loooove that.

VP was one of the few PS RPGs that I actually finished, with both the normal ending as well as the smoochsville one. The battle system was bizzare in the sense that it was so simple that you'd expect to get bored with it after 5-6 battles... but didn't. I also loved the gorgeous illustration blown-ups of each characters during 'story' mode.

The only thing that irked me was the whole 'can you send one hero to Valhalla now please'. I thought the decisions we made we're going to make some grand impact on the endgame, instead it was just them babbling about their activities in Valhalla from time to time, and saying Hi when you meet them again. Removing them from the party, just for that? Lame-O. =_=

It actually does make minor story difference at times depending on who you sent and when. But overall, no it didn't. I love the stories though.
