Mom called with dad's scan results. Good news? The tumor in his pancreas shrank. Bad news?: They were only targeting that one so the tumor in his liver grew and now it's getting into some of his lymphnodes. Back to chemo tomorrow. Also, now he is all depressed AGAIN. He just has this idea that it's going to go away and he'll feel better and go back

Oh man. Carwashes!! Maybe hit up Ms Zenon and ask to use their cheerleaders....you keep half, they keep half. something like that. at least you'd have dozens of hyper little girls willing to do a lot of work for you!

I did race for the cure (for breast cancer), which was weird. I felt kind of out of place. My mom wasn't really into to cancer pride "survivor crap" and i kind of feel the same way. she was like, i'm not "fighting" anything, it's not a game to be won or lost or beat. i did it mostly for myself seeing as how i'm super high risk for cancer and it would be fab if they found a sort of cure ASAP
