I agree with #14 and asking how the food it before I have taken a bite. I find this happens most often at places where someone else does the food delivery.

I do get annoyed when someone says "just tap?" for my water. Yes. I don't need to pay extra for water. Unless I'm in another country whose water I don't trust. :)
