Totally managed to get my 1/2 birthday into conversation with the 5th graders today. It was kind of funny. Once they're fifth graders I know them pretty well so I know who I can joke with and whatnot. I'm all about just leaving the darn thing up! Maybe change out the ornaments to include some seasonal ones, like flags and stuff on the fourth of july or stars and suns when it's your birthday or wedding cakes for the wedding. :)

We took ours down right after New Year's. The house seemed empty without all my holiday crap around! :)

YES! Absolutely, without question! :)

And turkeys for Thanksgiving, bunnies for Easter...hearts for Mike's birthday (sorry, fiance Mike, I'm referring to December 8th here! ;) Little 35's could adorn the tree, too!)
