Ahh this can't be part I of I! It's like a teaser! Love how Ruby found out though. I always assumed they actually worked together but I like the idea that she first stumbled across the truth.

It's like a teaser!

That's due, in part, to it being pulled from a larger story--but even the stuff that I wrote after it never really addressed Ruby talking to Rose. :/

Ruby would have made a pretty darn good companion, too--assuming the Doctor would have been able to deal with travelling with someone who was cleverer than he *g*

Oh, that was just lovely!! :) I love seeing these little outside glimpses into Rose and Peter's friends, especially Ruby. Brilliantly done!!

But I'm still going to say what I -always- say after reading an "Outside View" thing: we need the story of how Rue and Eli met.

I really loved reading this and it trully didn't feel like a one part story *crosses fingers for part 2*. I hope to see more in this style.
Ruby is one interesting character!

Alas, it is. At some point I'll dash off the tale of how Rose found out Ruby knew about her job :)
