A Tuxedo Thing

“You’re sure I have to go?” Peter’s voice reminded Rose of how her younger brother John sounded when told he had to eat his vegetables, sulky as only a four year-old could be. Peter wouldn’t be amused by the comparison, and she suppressed a smile as she turned her focus to Peter’s reflection in the mirror as he walked through the doorway.

I hope you know this means war!

Awwwww.... Viva laughlin fluffy, flirty wars! (I can't wait to see how Peter reacts to Jackie and vice versa).

Also, have a fabulous Thanksgiving!

Were you successful in finding your cranberries?!

I think Peter's well aware of the monster he's created. He just can't resist feeding it ;)

no luck with the cranberries. well I did find some, but they were £5 for one bag and I don't love them that much. Thank you for the advice of the loganberries, I usually make a compote and I think they will do nicely.
My flat mate who is Czech was asking about Thanksgiving the other night. The version she had been taught was a lot happier and amusing than ours. The indians and pilgrims apparently bonded over a lot of alcohol and were great friends after.....oh if only we were really that good at making good on our treaties.

...I definitely like your roommate's version of Thanksgiving much, much more than the one we're taught. ;)

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Much love! (Lordy-lordy, there's nuthin' sexier than a man in formal wear.)

Happy Thanksgiving to me fellow Yanks!

A man in formal wear is sexy indeed: add in the fact that the man looks like Carlisle, and well.... *guh*
