Amazing. Given that I don't watch any more the episodes of House in its entirety (shameful how a so good show can become so uninteresting to watch), I'm going to make as if your fanfiction was what really happened in House. Because well, we all know that your fanfiction is much better than what the writers are going to write for this storyline.
I also think they shared a night, but I wouldn't know where to place it, it's necessary to say, the writers send opposite signals (at the end 3x15 "(Cameron)I'm really glad we never slept together, but ... (House) We would have used a condom and I don't have syphilis." and 5x21 "you were worried
that she wanted back on me"), and I don't think Cameron can cheat (2x06 ?).

I also hate how such an awesome show could sink to this level. It boggles the mind really. :(

Yeah, the writers are always ambigous when it comes to House and Cam...so many mixed signals that it's hard to really tell what's going on. If something did happen, they need to mention it pronto.

I really enjoyed this. The ending, the ending I really liked because it's very open and I just know Cameron and House end up together. :)
