It's ABC so it's probably on Hulu. Weak pilot, so I'm giving it a couple of weeks.

Speaking of Hulu your comment sent me there to see Carla, who was as awesome as we wanted her to be. They should bring back the TV prep challenge.

Jeremy Davies was totally unrecognizable--at least to me, because I didn't watch Lost. I am really looking forward to those two characters; I think they're going to be fantastic.

As you saw I couldn't even pick a favorite part of HIMYM this week! Even though I don't care about Zoey I adored it.

I don't even know who I'd want to be on Community. I mean, a prof, but I don't know who I'd want in my class, and I don't think I'd want to be hot prof fucking Jeff. But yeah, as soon as the librarian turned up I totally thought of you!

I was a Davies fan back when I saw him in Saving Private Ryan (iirc the only one of the "grunts" to be singled out during awards season). It's the main reason I flailed over him in Lost. But yeah, his Justified character is much different from both of those, which shows that he's got a really great range. And yes, they seem like a good successor family to the Krowders (sp? I really don't know how to spell anyone's name on that show.)

I'm picturing a reenactment of Washington Crossing The Delaware, actually; possibly with Chang hidden and wrapped up inside the flag. And of course many powdered wigs.

My mom actually called me Thursday at 10 (as she always does) asking if I saw Community because it reminded me of her. (Of course I hadn't, because I never watch it live, but she never seems to remember that.) She disappointed me though because she thought this episode meant they were going to explore canon Troy/Abed, and I tried to explain it was about the deep friendships created within the study group that's the core of this

I so hope they get rid of Zoey quickly because I still hate her. She still seems like this weird character they all decided to like because shes' a guest star and Ted was supposed to fall in love with her. But she's temporary so I can deal

She was really fun in this episode, especially the way she bounced in demanding a beer and then showing off the ketchup (and I forgot to say, who gets ketchup in glass bottles anymore?) and I found myself wishing she'd been like that the entire time, or at least in the ep where they go over to her place for T-Day. I still don't really care about her as a character, but I do appreciate that the narrative getting us to Ted/Zoey was really well done, especially on the Ted side of things

I definitely watch Community for the friendship, which surprises me too, but I love how seriously it takes that any of these people could end up with any of the others. It doesn't build sexual tension just because it doesn't have anything better to do, like so many other shows. I guess maybe I'm less a gen person on Community than an "I ship everyone with everyone else, esp once Pierce is off drugs."

I kinda ship Diana/Kono. There might need to be a crossover.

I LOVE Carla. honestys_easy made my Carla moodtheme and I'm so glad I still have it!

haha, it is forming in my mind! There are all these parallels, like that Steve looks on his team with the same pride and fondness that Peter does, and Chin is so much like Jones where he just gets shit done and doesn't react too much to the craziness surrounding him, and I'd love to see what Danny and Neal would make of each other.
