Yesterday was kind of awful but today was pretty great! It's weird, my birthday is at the end of August but it always turns cold right before it; when I was growing up in Maine I could never have a swimming party for my birthday

Thanks! I know, they're gorj! This bakery pretty much only makes macarons. It also has, like, breakfast croissant and lunch items, but the bakery display counter is only macarons. SO PRETTY.

Happy belated birthday! I'm glad it was a good one.

As an early-July birthday, I *did* have swimming parties, but there would often be a cold snap right before my birthday, causing us to eye the weather rather worriedly every year.
