For a lot of reasons, I made the decision to make myself watch this show. There were many points at which I didn't enjoy it, but I pressed on. I've just watched the finale, and that didn't change my opinion. I'm still working to catch up, but I'm sorry it turned out poorly for you. I have a weakness for Space Operas, but will do my best to keep the reins tight when it comes to future series recommendations.

You actually never recommended the show to me and were surprised when I started watching it, so no worries. But yeah, not an action gal.

I never get pushing shows I love on other people who aren't really into them. I mean, saying they should check it out of they haven't heard of it or I think they might like it, sure. But pushing it after they haven't much cared for it? That seems counter-productive. Because they're probably not going to like it, and now not only do have the slight downer of knowing somebody doesn't love the show so we can't connect over that, I know that I made the show into a bad experience for someone.

Yeah, I mean, I take a portion of blame on myself for buying into a series of assertions that got me to this place, and I'm annoyed that I did that? But I've definitely learned, again, that I do not like dark things, and that was the biggest part that put me off the show, the unrelenting bleakness, which people who liked it, liked ( ... )
