Despite her physician's recommendation she has forgone the wheelchair. Arm in a sling and held up by sheer will and burning determination, Talia enters the royal palace a second time. Her arrival has been announced and she has only now to wait for the country's Monarch to grant her an audience.

Soon, her design will be realized.

He hovers near the window as she enters the room. He turns where he is standing to look upon her. Power ebbs off of him in waves and she can feel the otherworldliness of him. If not for the history with her father, this man might intimidate her, but nothing could intimidate the daughter of the demon.

"You have recovered somewhat from our last encounter. All my investigating has yet to develop any solid leads on the man who shot you. I hope you will accept my apologies for that disgraceful incident and know that much greater steps have been taken to ensure your safety this time."

He arches his eyebrow and glares at her for a moment, "You would wish me act against your father in this way? You would want him to be killed by my hand?"

"I have tried before and failed. He is far more dangerous than most will credit him and I can see no other way to end his legacy of darkness. Your words in our last encounter..affected me" she replies.
