Detective Allen reviews the info with his partner Montoya. "Says here the guy's name was Lee Qiann. Let's head on over there and see what the hotel staff knows. Maybe we'll get lucky and Corrigan won't be working the scene this time."

A bellhop rises his attention from planting his head onto his palm, groaning, the hotel currently almost entirely empty. As he sees the two people approach, he becomes forcibly perky, a weak smile on his face.

"Hi. How may I help you?"

Allen displays his gold shield. "I'm Detective Allen. This is my partner, Detective Montoya. What can you tell us about Lee Qiann?"

His smile quickly fades back to his earlier pained expression, sighing.

"Me specifically? Not much. He shows up, with some guards - which can kinda be par for the course around here - gets a hotel room up top, and leaves a decent tip for everybody. Next thing I know, he's dead. The only other thing I know - just a bellhop and all - is I overheard the security guys say someone fucked around with the security cameras up there. Everything but the top few floors of cameras are fine."
