JSA HQ briefing room

*It only took 10 minutes or so for Caleb to set up for the briefing. He was a little nervous, but not overly so. He’s led teams before, after all. Never super heroes, though. Entering the room, Captain Marvel offers Caleb a friendly disarming smile ad he waves.

"Hi Mister Zukov, I hear that you could use some help."

There's a flash of green fire and Alan appears in the room, the usual serious expression on his face.

"Michael told me you could use my assistance, Caleb. Gotham calls, but I will aid as I can."

“You heard correctly, Mr. Batson. It’s doctor, though. But, uh .. you can just call me Caleb.” *Remembering that his first case for the JSA was to help find the Captain when he was missing, continues:* “It’s good to see you’re doing well.”

*As Jay and Alan enter the room, Caleb takes note and smiles. It was very good to see so many powerhouses turning out. Caleb reaches into his folder, and produces what looks like a photocopy of a drawing in a very old book. The thing on it looks like a humanoid shaped cross between a feline and a bat, with red eyes.*

“Do any of you know what this is?”

Alan looks at the photocopy for a moment, considering. "No, Caleb. I can't say it's familiar to me. Should it be?"
