Tim Drake is rummaging in the back of his cupboard, muttering unhappily to himself.

After a short while, he finds what he is looking for. He pulls it out and stares at it for what seems like an age, but is actually only a few seconds. Reluctance obvious in his posture.

It was a good idea at the time, but I swore I'd never use it....

Dana looks in from the open doorway, concerned at how her stepson high-tailed it up the stairs without saying hi to anyone.

Tim? Everything ok?

He stares at her for a moment, before he shakes himself out of his reverie.

No. It's not. I'm about to break a trust between myself and some of my closest friends.

He takes a breath

Superboy's been kidnapped...and I have a way to trace him. But I never told anyone.

And now they'll never trust me again....

Ever the optimist, Dana tries to give Tim a comforting smile.

I'm sure they'll come around. And they'll realise it was for the best in the end.

Tim scowls at himself

I wish I could believe you, Dana. I really do.

Reluctantly, Robin flicks on the small device in his hand, and studies the readout. Then he palms his communicator and sends a message on the Titan's bandwidth

This is Robin. I have a position on Superboy - he's currently travelling through France.

If anyone's available to come with me, by the time we get there he should have arrived where-ever they're planning to keep him.

There's an airfield on the outskirts of Bristol. I have contacts there who can get us transport, if we require it.

Pah. You are no great burden, and I carried your predecessor hundreds of times. But I will meet you in Bristol.
