Sinestro decided to head for Keystone after his fight with the Titans at Alcatraz. He's made contact with the Keystone Rogues and is planning to stage a massive prison break at Iron Heights. What's your ETA?

ETA 45 minutes to Keystone's city limits. I can shorten it, but it will startle citizens.
