Lucius didn't know why Mr. G called off the Donaldson job. Apparently he now wanted these gangsters killed to make way for the 100 syndicate. 'He must be a bigshot in the outfit, maybe even the boss. Eh, doesn't matter. The money's he's shelling out for this he can be whomever he wants to be

Mia nodded. "Will do, boss." She said, knocking an arrow in her bow before going off to scout the perimeter for the bomber.

Lucius had gone to ground to get a closer look at the damage.

"Nice," he smiled to himself. However he hung back as Green Arrow and his sidekick showed up. He wasn't being paid to kill masks. Then he saw Taylor exit the building and realized he better stick around to finish off stragglers. The Arrows would have to be dealt with. He sees Speedy go off on her own. "Divide and conquer."

Da'Bomb steahily floats over to a nearby balcony and waits.

And Speedy would continue to make her way around the perimeter, nearing the balcony where Da'Bomb was currently hiding...
