Loud heavy footsteps signal the arrival of a second individual.

"Dr. Sivana." General Eiling says in greeting. Rather than make a makeshift chair, he simply sits Indian style on the ground. He feels little in the way of cold or stone, so the position doesn't bother him. "Punctual as always. Deathstroke should be joining us soon, but in the meantime I can brief you on what you need to know."

"Already here General." Deathstroke says, his voice coming from behind. Deathstroke leans back on a tree, "But go ahead with the briefing."

"I know enough. You finally decided to give up that pretension of honor, Slade, and combat the heroes with the ruthless efficiency you used to be so good at. I wholeheartedly approve."

Sivana tents his fingers, smiling.

"Of course, I don't give a flying fig whether the heroes live or die, with the exception of the Marvels, but assuming your plan is a good one, I'll be happy to do my part, and I will encourage the rest of the Monster Society to do the same."

"I have a weapon that may be able to hurt Superman and the Marvels. I'll explain the full plan later, but what I can reveal before I know our full roster is that we attack their bases of power, shake the foundations. We'll make surgical strikes on their allies, and as the Justice League runs to counter our moves, we'll leave as they arrive, hit everywhere they aren't until they're run ragged. Then, we hit them with everything in our arsenal." Deathstroke explained, holding up a schematic of the railgun stolen from the Navy. "Can you duplicate it and increase it's power?"
