Zoom is irritated. Breaking one of the Rogues out of Iron Heights, or rather, one of their children, is not his idea of a good plan. He hates the Rogues.
"Jusssst get this ooooooover with." His face locked in a scowl, he zips around Icicle impatiently, waiting for the wall to freeze solid. "No cluuuues on who ordered this breakout?" Zoom's firey glare is firmly on Icicle. He doesn't want to focus on the area nearby where his back was broken.
Zoom disappears. Literally, he's there one second, and then he's not. Complete unseen, he tears towards Keystone City, spins on his heel, turns back, and charges straight back towards Iron Heights. He then blinks to a stop at the frozen wall.
Where he clicks his fingers.
*SNAP* *KRRAAAAAKKKOOOOMMM*
The wall explodes outwards, showering the two villains in somehow dissolving pieces of rock. As if they're being rapidly aged by the sudden assault of time. "After youuuuuu."
The blast doesn't just knock out the wall; part of the ground caves in too, revealing a drab padded cell with no reflective surfaces and a chap in an orange and green costume laying with his arms folded across his chest. His eyes open to look up at Zoom and Icicle.
"Oh. 'Ello there, Zoom. Ah'm guessin' yeh aren't here for me, but... Never look a gift horse." Mirror Master climbs up and out of the room, and onto the surface. "Best be going, aye?" And with that, he bolts across one of the fields surrounding Iron Heights.
With Sinestro fully occupied with the the Monster Society's medical finest, Grodd is confident that he has no energy to spare to shield Icicle's mind. Otherwise, of course, the brute would have already fled.
"In three minutes, you and your cohorts will be dead and Slade will be one man against an army." grins Grodd ferociously, advancing on Icicle without fear.
"Let's make you be the first."
Without so much as a gesture, Grodd telepathically lifts Icicle into the air, pinning those deadly hands to his sides.
Gorilla Grodd's smug and self-confident, but he's not stupid.
Zoom's paying no attention to Icicle. His righteous hatred is directed solely at the General, and as he dodges blow after blow, time appears to slow for the lumbering hulk. In actuality, it is slowing for him. Zoom is powered by time, not super-speed.
"You'rrrrre the worst kind of criminal, Eilinggggggg. One who makes himself into a monssssster of his own accord." Appearing incredibly fast to the General, Zoom's voice is even more distorted than usual. "Rememmmmmmber your pastttttt!!" Zoom clicks fingers on both hands, trying to set Eiling's mind back a decade.
The self-satisfied smirk on Gorilla Grodd's face abruptly vanishes as he is suddenly pelted with ice. His concentration falters, and with it, his telekinetic hold on Icicle.
In the face of the frozen onslaught, Grodd backpedals.
"You little brat..." snarls Grodd, eyes narrowed. "I'll teach you proper respect for your betters."
Reaching for the bars of the closest cell, Grodd yanks one off its hinges, then hurls it at Icicle like a javelin.
Another soon follows, and then another... like a monkey hurling feces, just much deadlier.

He lifts his hand - the wall now super-cooled - and steps back.
"Do your thing, man."

Icicle half-grins, despite himself.
"Slade against an army? I'll take those odds. Of course, you may be jumping ahead of the game.."
Scattered thoughts leak through the protective band that Sinestro has provided. He's got some trick up his sleeve, but -
Just then, one of the sprinkler pipes nearby bursts. Then another. Water spraying everywhere.
"I don't really need my hands to do the ice thing, they're just showier."
