Beware, evildoers of Gotham, for vengeance stalks the night. Or the knight stalks vengeance. Either way, there's some stalking going on, and someone has to enforce the restraining order. Of justice.

Ambush Bug has ventured out of Metropolis to practice his skulking and lurking skills - vital for the vigilante on the go. Of course, the red and white checked tablecloth he's been using as a cape can hardly be considered discreet.

He's set up a stakeout on Bricker Street - not that he has a hot tip, just that it's usually a fairly quiet part of town, ideal for helping his sidekick ease into things.

Ambush Bug lifts the walkie-talkie from his toolbelt, and presses the button.

"Comm-link check, Cheeksie. Do you read me?"

Cheeks is positioned around the corner, looking down at another part of the street - his walkie-talkie propped up against him.

Ambush Bug looks at the walkie-talkie, annoyed.

"Cheap imported junk. Nothin' but static."
