Unlike the normal effects of such a wound, though, Trevor rolls with the shot and executes a backward roll to his feet. The right lens of the Billy Joel glasses is shattered, the only sign that a bullet went through his head.
"Now see? This is why I was saying you all need to relax. Every time we get the red eyes you try to take my head off. Now I gotta kill you."
Trevor reaches behind him, pulling out a pair if matched ivory-handled pistols which begin belching flame constructs shaped like battering rams.

Amelia makes a stop at one of the little coffee tables spread about. She breaks off a leg for an insta-club. She's not sure what good it's going to do since Caleb's gun has no effect, but it does make her feel better.
No doors. No windows. Caged in.
FINE. She'll make a door. With the make-shift club she starts tearing away at drywall.

"Open the window!" He yells as they approach the window, psychotic duplicates hot on their tail. At he top of the steps Caleb turns and delivers a telekinetic jab, hoping to halt their perusers long enough for Amelia to do her part.
