He'd figured it'd only be a matter of time before Zsasz gave in to his compulsion for blades. In that sense, the guy was pretty damned predictable, and it was just a matter of waiting and keeping an eye and an ear on the most likely places.

Either way, whether he knows anything about Chandler's disappearance or not, whether Nightwing is injured or not, this guy's going back to Arkham. Tonight.

When Zsasz takes a turn down a side street, there's someone waiting for him.

"Well. Nightwing, is it?" he said once the crimefighter revealed himself. He had a new trick up his sleeve, something he was just aching to try out.

"May I help you?" he asked politely, taking his hands out of his pockets.

Victor's never heard of Romy Chandler, but just knowing that Nightwing wants to know about this girl is useful in and of itself.

"What about her?" he asked, still keeping his hands out of his pockets. A particularly astute observer might notice that he'd sharpened two fingernails on each hand to definite points.
