I don't think I posted about my annoying customer from Thrusday at the mall. He came over from Macy's complaining that they didn't have the watch he wanted. He was looking for a "grandpa's watch". All gold, including the face, a bit tacky. We had a few options and he picked one out to try on. He puts it on, takes a step back and lets his arm hang
