Just saw the Dr Who episode where Queen Victoria begins Torchwood, loving the background I keep getting. I didn't know the Torchwood was so big a part of the universe, I had thought it was something just kinda added on for the spin off

I'm not a big Dr. Who fan, but I really liked that particular episode.
