Do you want to include Jur-Ll from Superman Family #194? He's from an alternate Earth (presumably that of Earth-3), but he was living in Earth-1's bottle city of Kandor for quite a while.

I considered him, but ultimately decided to leave him out. Maybe at some point I'll do an appendix with important "immigrants" like him, Rol-Nac, Sylvia, et. al.
