I actually liked it. Sure there wasn't anything new, just retweeked, but I think it's future is going to depend what SciFi does with it.

The pilot seemed to set up multiple interesting plotlines and left questions I want answers to.

The various sub-plots and all make it an attractive series, but yes, there are some unanswered questions that I want to know more about. I also liked some of the interesting plot reveals that we got in this episode.

The fact that they're using mostly humanoid aliens makes the show somewhat more affordable I would think, but most of the budget must be going to the CGI of the series. That said, I didn't like the CGI sequences that were very game-like. Detracted from things overall. Tammy, with her love of CGI and special effects, must have loved this one.
