Earlier this morning in another blog entry, I mentioned that I have sprained my ankle. Forgot to talk about that and the context. So without further ado...

Sorry to hear about your injury, John. Since you are not running today, this will give me a bit more time to think through how to write up an Heirs combat example for you before next weekend. I hope you feel better soon!

The winter has gotten pretty treacherous over the last week in Minneapolis, too. First an ice storm, then a major meltdown, then refreezing (rinse, repeat over a couple of days) then more snow. So think ice, covered by fluffy snow. And there is no way for the city to clear the ice efficiently when it stays under freezing for days.

Managed to stay off the foot for most of yesterday and kept it on ice, and as a result, today the foot is somewhat rested and comfortable though I've walked a bit too much today (since I just got home after also going for a haircut).

Glad this will give you the chance to come up with an Heirs combat example, since the game really needs one! :)

Yeah, that sounds like the winter we're having at the moment. Today, the temperature is -11oC, with a wind chill of -22oC. Brrr!
