Otherwise I think we should not talk too much instead of numbers during the creation, at least until the ways. The player think about is characters and this determines the values. After comes the domains and disciplines. If you think with numbers you will NOT obtain the player you really wanted.

It is always difficult to put a group together of six player characters, especially in a game system where social, political, and cultural differences can occur as they are set up in Shadows of Esteren, but in some ways, that makes it more interesting for me. :)
I agree with you on the final point. The Friday night group was much more oriented around the backgrounds and personalities of their characters, and it shows in terms of how these characters look and feel with their numbers relating back to the history/personality material. The Sunday gamers, on the other hand, based their characters much more on the game numbers than on the history/personality elements, and a mon avis, it shows.
