30 years ago, I was in a group that played a lot of Rolemaster. Modules were not easily available in the Netherlands, and ordering them in through a shop was pretty expensive because it went through a lot of hands. So my friend (whose father had a credit card -- very unusual in those times!) ordered directly from Iron Crown Enterprises. But the order never came, and when he inquired after (I think) a month, they told him that the order was for such a high amount, and for such a weird European address, that they had thought it was a prank order and had discarded it...
It did get resolved, and he got his books in the end, so that story also had a happy ending!

To be honest, I was completely surprised and taken aback at the Ulisses service, as I'd had some bad experiences with them during the Torg Eternity KS stuff and all, and with a few other products. Just happy it all worked out.
And now I'm looking forward to running the new Fading Suns RPG. :)
