Happy Birthday to Thea Gilmore!! A wonderful musician with a style and feel to her music that is both interesting, fresh, and lyrically gorgeous.

And she's also got a Christmas album, Strange Communion, which is now one of my favourite Christmas albums.

I need to listen to more of her music. I know of Thea Gilmore from a remix of Avalanche with dialogue from Serenity mixed in. I like it and expect I'll like her albums.

Thea Gilmore's music is absolutely amazing, and I have to say that she's a virtual unknown in North America (or so it seems to me). I would love to see her in concert, as she's an amazing vocalist. Unfortunately, she seems to play shows mostly in the UK.

Ah well, I have all her CDs so I've got lots of her music to enjoy. :)
