This is a picspam for themiddleearth. It includes 20 images of beautiful Rohan with some hopefully witty commentary.

If you enjoy The Lord of the Rings, you should definitely come check out themiddleearth and tell them that jester_and_jane sent you :)

Welcome to Edoras!

Situated on a beautiful hilltop in the middle of nowhere...

Edoras is the mecca of the Kingdom of Rohan.

Doesn't this just look absolutely inviting? Come on in!

Don't let the locals fool you with their drab garments and blank glances. They stare because they care.

Ah, here are more friendly stares from the locals. They just can't wait to meet you!

High on the top of the hill, you'll find Meduseld.

Meduseld is the glorious golden hall of Rohan's King Theoden.

And, of course, it is also the home of his beautiful niece who is loved by many.

The golden hall and its King are always welcome to visitors. So feel free to take a seat by his majesty and chillax.

Also in Meduseld, you'll find yourself treated to the best rooms with 5-Star hospitality...

And a fine dining experience you won't find anywhere else.

The views from Meduseld can be compared to none and on a windy day you may also be able to take flight.*

The people of Edoras are known for their horses. So, don't forget to check out the stables.

But please remember that galloping through the stables is discouraged. Repeat offenders will have their stable privileges revoked.

If you're looking for another great attraction, come join the daily swordplay classes. This fun past time isn't exclusive to men. Women and children are also allowed!!

Each class guarantees you'll have some skill with a blade by the end of the hour.*

While in Edoras, feel free to use the beautifully architect stairs to make a grand entrance whenever the mood strikes.

Or you may use them to make a grand exit instead.

That concludes our tour of Edoras. To select a travel package and get started on your next great vacation, just call us at 1800-555-5555.
