Have you posted pictures of the baby chicks, btw?? Because I very much would love to see them!

And I'm sorry about the home repairs, but it sounds like your dad is going to help a LOT, and it's so great to have someone who you can totally trust who can give you advice and help with that sort of thing!

and oh man, I'm sorry post-work today was so, so hard. Home repair is, in fact, a really scary thing, and I'm so glad your dad is there to guide you!
