I have not talked about seeing the Sherlock Holmes movie because I am still not sure what I saw was a movie and not a fever dream of queer beauty.

WEIRDLY THOUGH, actually not weirdly, I really don't like Bones at all because the two times I've seen it, it was nasty about religion in a way even I find gross (I mean, I am disillusioned and rude about religion, but I have limits--I think one of the main characters kept assuming the priest was a child molester, WHICH MADE ME ANGRY), and and the other time it was nasty about kink (specifically pony play) in a way I also found gross. Even when that stuff is a product of the characters, and how they are meant to be flawed, I mostly just find it uncomfortable--especially since I can't step into the story and say LISTEN, BITCHES, YOU'RE BEING A) RUDE AND B) PRETTY BAD INVESTIGATORS IF YOU LET YOUR PREJUDICES GUIDE YOUR THINKING.
