We could get anywhere from 1-3, 3-6, or 6-8 inches of snow today. That's a ridiculous forecast for several reasons. First, 1-8 inches is a BIG DIFFERENCE. You can drive in an inch of snow; you can't really drive in eight. Second, it's October. Fall can be pretty short here, and the weather can turn cold quickly, but snow in November is early, snow
