I have been meaning to respond to this since you posted - I've re-read it SO many times and am SO in love with everything you've done here that I just was overwhelmed about putting it into words. This is THE Killjoys fic for me. It's so fucking vivid and fits in with the whole world of the videos. I loved Ray being SUPER competent throughout, I love Mikey and Gerard's relationship, and the way you wrote Nin was just AMAZING and perfect and WONDERFUL.

Frank's sleeping in the dishwasher again.

SUCH a great opening line, seriously.

This:

"Gerard?" the guy says, like he's not sure

and

"State your intentions," Frank says.

"Uh," Gerard says, "I was gonna hug him? And then ask him what the fuck he'd done to my car?"

Made me grin SO hard. I just - what a great, perfect, in-character way to introduce Gerard.

He feels the blood rushing to his face as he thinks about Gerard singing, feels himself get even redder when he hears Gerard come up behind him.

Ugh, I LOVE that, love how VIVID that is, how I can see and feel it.
