Snow! There was about an inch and a half of snow overnight, and not the nasty, icy snow from the last storm, but fluffy, visible individual snowflakes snow. And now the sun's up and the sky's clear and everything sparkles and shines. It's mornings like this that make it seem impossible that I could ever consider living anywhere but in New England

Scorpius is only half Sebacean. (Half-Scarran, which makes him a unique hybrid as these two are lethal enemies. It also gives him a unique physiology; he's not wearing the leather for fun, it's actually a protection suit.) It's an important plot point later on, so it will be dealt with.
