Ach. Break my heart, why don't you? *sniffle* That poem is perfectly Sirius and you used it well. I was going to quote the bits I really loved but I'm afraid it would just make me cry again. You touched on everything about Sirius that makes him so very tragic and you did it in a beautiful and incredibly painful way. Dammit, I'm crying again. *L* Anyway, that was lovely and very nicely done. *sniffle*

Thank you so much. The first time I read this poem, I thought of Sirius, and the more I considered it, the more the poem was entirely about him. And I've always loved the post-GoF timeframe so much, when it really seems possible for Sirius to get his life back.

This is heartbreakingly delicate and beautiful and sad. Poor Sirius.

Thank you so much. I love Sirius so much that it makes me heart hurt. And once phineasjones showed me this poem, I knew I had to write a Sirius story about it.

funny, no matter how long i sit here, looking at this box and thinking about this story, words don't just appear on their own.

i so wish they would, that i could just tell you with this feeling everything this story is and does.

i love how you used the poem. i love what you saw in it that makes it perfect for sirius. i love the last scene more than anything.

i can't even believe you wrote this for me. i am the luckiest ever.

so much love.

Oh, you. You brought the poem into my life, and so I knew if I ever wrote this story, it would always be for you.
