Ach. Break my heart, why don't you? *sniffle* That poem is perfectly Sirius and you used it well. I was going to quote the bits I really loved but I'm afraid it would just make me cry again. You touched on everything about Sirius that makes him so very tragic and you did it in a beautiful and incredibly painful way. Thank you so much. The first time I read this poem, I thought of Sirius, and the more I considered it, the more the poem was entirely about him. And I've always loved the post-GoF timeframe so much, when it really seems possible for Sirius to get his life back.

ohmygoodness. it's a rainy fall-y remus-y day and this is a beautiful story and i just got out of bed and now i'm crying. this is so perfect, really- i think one of my favorite sirius pov's ever ever. what a lovely thing.
